1. Create a base for your look by covering your entire eyelids with concealer from brow to lid. 2. Next take your black liquid liner and draw a line on the outer rim of your upper eyelid. 3. Put a thin layer of Black Gel Eye Liner on your thin angled eye shadow brush. 4. Using the tip of an angled brush draw a thin line and create the wing where you want it to extend. Tip Keep in mind the further out you draw the line the more dramatic it will look. 5. Connect the wing with the base of the liner and even out the thickness using the angled brush and gel eye liner. Keep re-applying gel eye liner as necessary. 6. To really enhance the cat eye apply black eye shadow in the shape of the liner wing and blend it into the crease of your eyelid. 7.
