W hen it comes to working the upper and lower body there are many exercises that are whole body workouts to fit your needs. However there is one workout that not only works both of these areas of the body but also gets you to focus on your foot-eye to hand- eye coordination as well as work your stability and balance. This workout is known as the side lunge to dumbbell curl. It includes a four-part movement that fires the gluteus quadriceps adductors core and biceps all in one workout. If needed to cut your workout down for time efficiency and convenience the side lunge to dumbbell curl is a very effective way of strengthening the whole body losing body fat and toning up all at the same time.
