We covered it last year as well, and since then the Show has grown immensely! This year Her Universe was captured as a reality TV show for the new network Comic-Con HQ ~ With episodes documenting the designer audition process and judges selections, to a broadcast of the Fashion Show to the ultimate audience interaction ability in that the at-home audience votes for the third design winner! The live show was the best yet, with 27 design- ers creating original geek couture creations that walked the runway. The two winners of the night, and one winner to be voted on by you won a con- tract to create their own exclusive line with Hot Topic ( Whether it’s making clothes for her Barbies as a child, making costumes to wear at conventions as a child at heart, or working as a Digital Seamstress in the VFX Industry, Hannah “Hanime” Kent has always had an affinity for fashion. When she’s not behind a computer or sewing machine, you’ll find her twisting the throttle on her Ninja 250.
